I am ready. I am set. I embrace the blank page, the open road, the empty heart. I am going to enjoy it. Yes, leaving the comfort of wherever you are could feel as daunting as taking flight for the first time. And you can be sure that all the great adventures, the transformative healing processes, those lifelong relationships, start with placing one foot in front of the other and then leaning forward. I’m far from being a best-seller author and yet I feel confident in dispensing this one bit of advice: pick up a comfortable notebook and your favorite writing instrument and allow yourself to write. Just start and don’t look back. It’s a journey worth taking.
