Creating reality

We can create our reality using thoughts and feelings and you can also block unwanted energy by activating the energy of love, light and joy. It’s how I found myself at the presidential suite in the Seychelles one summer. The recipe was surprisingly simple: I surrounded myself with the words, images, and sounds of my dream, but I didn’t stop there. I allowed myself to imagine the sensation of the warm wind on my skin, the salty water lapping at my feet, the intoxicating scents of the Royal spice garden, and the sweet and tart taste of the inflorescence of the coconut tree that makes the local Kalou! Ask, believe you can receive it, feel that you are worthy of receiving it, accept it when it comes, and be grateful.
