Feel it

When you allow yourself to feel, you open yourself up to what the universe is trying to tell you. It’s not always sunshine and lollipops nor should it be. We are capable of feeling and expressing so many emotions and sadly many are not welcome on social media. Which is a shame, because it’s precisely when you feel that you begin to heal. By welcoming what you feel you become conscious of your feelings and this in turn allows you to express those feelings, which ultimately releases you from their grip. It’s when you finally dare open that Pandora’s box that you realize how much energy you’ve been spending on trying to keep it locked. Energy you can now channel into something great.
